Advancing the Selta Project Through Systematic Exploration

First Development Resources plc continues to advance the flagship Selta Project through a disciplined and systematic exploration programme.

Recent milestones have included the completion of extensive geophysical surveys, regulatory approvals, government grant support and preparations for the Company’s maiden drilling campaign.

Maiden Drilling Programme

Preparations are underway for the Company’s maiden reverse circulation drilling programme at the Lander West gold target within the Selta Project.

The programme will represent the first systematic drill test of multiple priority targets generated through the integration of geological, geochemical and geophysical datasets.

First Development Resources was awarded an AU$100,000 Northern Territory Government co-funding grant under the Geophysics and Drilling Collaborations programme.

GeoDrill Australia Appointed
GeoDrill Australia was appointed to undertake the Company’s maiden drilling programme.

April 2026
Ground Induced Polarisation Programme Completed
Three induced polarisation survey grids were completed over the Lander West target area, significantly improving target definition and geological understanding.

Environmental Mining Licence Granted
The Company secured the approvals necessary to support drilling activities at Selta.

Mining Management Plan Certified
Certification of the Mining Management Plan represented a significant milestone in advancing the project towards drilling.

Airborne Magnetic and Radiometric Survey Completed
Approximately 4,200 line kilometres of airborne magnetic and radiometric surveying were completed across the Selta Project.

A Systematic Approach

First Development Resources has adopted a disciplined and methodical approach to exploration, progressively refining targets through geological interpretation, geophysics, geochemistry and regulatory preparation before undertaking drilling.

This approach is intended to maximise the effectiveness of exploration expenditure whilst preserving long-term shareholder value.

In accordance with AIM Rule 26 and Market Abuse Regulation, the Company’s announcements containing inside information will be available for a period of at least 5 years.
